Faulty or Damaged Goods
We make every effort to ensure you receive a quality product, however, if you are unhappy with the product you have received please contact us and arrange to return the item . Products may be returned with proof of purchase if:
· it does not match the description we gave
· it is not of acceptable quality
· it has a fault
After we receive your return we will inspect the goods. If the product is faulty or damaged we may issue a refund or offer a replacement.
Please note, if proof of purchase is not available we are not able to provide a refund or exchange.
Changing your mind
If you change your mind about the product you purchased, we are happy to offer a refund within 14 days.
Please note, proof of purchase must be supplied and you are responsible for shipping costs to return the product.
When returning your item the following criteria applies. It must be :
· in the same condition that you received
· in its original packaging
If you received free freight with your purchase the cost of the freight will be deducted from your refund. We offer free freight on some orders but we still have to pay for it. It is only fair that this amount is deducted from your refund if you change your mind.
If the product does not meet the above criteria, then no refund will be given.
Gift Cards & Digital Products
We are unable to accept returns on digital products or products with activation codes.
We are also unable to accept returns or exchanges on gift cards purchased online or in store.
Gift cards are not traceable and cannot be replaced if lost or misplaced.
