Simply contact Karen to book a time to drop off your machine.

The technician will collect your machine , service and repair then return back to Sew Focus for your collection.

A quote will be given if major parts are required.

Fast turn around in most cases( may be delayed if parts need to be ordered)

Brother and Janome machines of any age are welcome. Sewing Machines, Overlockers, Embroidery machines, Scan N Cut

Pricing from $125. A deposit of $70 is required when booking machine in.

If the machine is unrepairable then the deposit will be refunded.

Note: Machines should be serviced yearly even if they are only used occasionally!
